Before booking, we invite you to review the general usage information, essential for planning your experience. This includes details on seasonal access, deposits, opening hours, and more, ensuring a day without surprises.
HOW TO BOOK?
Access Your Experience Quickly and Easily
To ensure a relaxing and uncrowded atmosphere for all our guests and visitors, we manage bookings for access to the Thermal Pools and our Neró Spa New Experience exclusively through our ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM; we do not accept phone reservations*.
Access to the facility is by reservation only, which can be made online by selecting your desired entry option based on availability. During weekends, public holidays, and festive periods, access is limited to multi-service packages. On these days, pool-only access is not available, except for special exceptions.
Important:
♦ The half-hour time slot you see at the time of booking indicates your check-in time at the Resort. The length of your stay is specified in the information for each specific package.
♦ The credit card requested is only to guarantee the reservation.
♦ Without a reservation, entry is not guaranteed.
*Phone reservations are subject to a €5 service fee.
HOW TO BOOK WITH A GIFT VOUCHER?
If you have a Gift Voucher, you can make your reservation directly online by noting that you are in possession of the voucher in the comments section. If you wish to book additional services beyond your voucher or use it during special rate periods (e.g., the Christmas season), you can book the service of your choice. The balance of the difference will be requested upon entry.

We were once children too, and we remember what it means to be full of energy, eager to explore the world, and have nothing but fun on our minds! Because we remember it well, we understand that children need appropriate spaces and equipment where they can play and enjoy themselves safely and without limitations. Unfortunately, our facility currently does not have areas dedicated to children and families.
For this reason, and to pursue our mission of offering our guests the best possible wellness and relaxation experience, during the autumn/winter season, from 01/10/2024 to 31/03/2025, we have decided to reserve day spa access at the Resort exclusively for guests aged 16 and over.
NEW FOR 2024: SPA KIT FOR EVERYONE!
Starting this year, the SPA KIT, which includes a bathrobe and towel, is included with every type of entry. A cash deposit of €30 per person or €50 per couple is required upon delivery, which will be refunded when all items are returned.
Additionally, the use of swim caps in the pools is not mandatory, but don't forget to bring your own flip-flops! As a company, we are committed to reducing the number of disposable flip-flops used each year and to supporting the reduction of plastic waste globally.

Our Private Spa: Exclusive Wellness in the Heart of Veneto
In the heart of Montegrotto Terme, our Private Spa is an exclusive wellness retreat. As an integral part of Neró Spa within our thermal resort, this Private Spa offers an intimate space ideal for couples' treatments and rituals. It is equipped with the state-of-the-art Sasha Jacuzzi module (sauna, emotional shower, steam bath), designed by Alberto Apostoli specifically for Jacuzzi.
The Private Spa can also be reserved for private events and corporate meetings for small groups, offering a luxurious and discreet environment.

A proposal dedicated to sauna enthusiasts and those who wish to experience authentic Nordic wellness. On Tuesday evenings, starting at 6:00 PM, you can access the cabins of the Neró Spa Water Path textile-free.
