The Gift Voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used on the days indicated by the chosen option, excluding the closure period.
On holidays, festive periods, the Christmas season, and days when special rates apply, payment of the difference from the current rate may be required.
Value Vouchers can be used every day without restrictions.
If the modification or cancellation policies for bookings are not respected as indicated below in the various categories (different for entries, treatments, and stays), the Gift Voucher will be considered used.
The Gift Voucher is non-refundable or convertible into cash.
The use of the Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of the facility and, in some periods, a minimum number of nights may be required for booking stays.
By using the services of the Resort, you implicitly accept the internal behavior rules.

Passes, Treatments and Stays

To ensure a maximum wellness experience at our resort, we provide all the necessary information to make the most of your gift voucher. Specific details for each booking option are outlined below to assist you step by step.

For bookings, please note that the use of the voucher is always subject to the availability of the facility. Booking the various services – whether it's entry to our exclusive pools, wellness treatments, or stays – requires simple steps online or via email, ensuring you flexibility and convenience.

The use of the Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of the facility on the intended entry date.
Access to the Percorso Acque Neró Spa is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
Wearing a swimming cap is not mandatory; however, long hair must be tied up in the water.
Entry to the facility must be booked by clicking the "BOOK POOLS AND SPA" button at the bottom of this page.
The spa kit is included only in services where it is explicitly indicated.
When booking, it is necessary to communicate the intention to use the Gift Voucher by entering the voucher code in the notes field in the final step of the booking process.
To finalize the booking, a credit card will be requested for guarantee purposes only. Payment will be made directly at the facility, in this case presenting the Gift Voucher, which will be verified for validity by the reception staff.
It is possible to cancel or modify the entry booking up to 24 hours before the booked date. If these terms are not met or in case of a no-show, the Gift Voucher will be considered used and therefore voided.

BOOKING ENTRY WITH VOUCHER

The use of the Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of the facility on the date you intend to use the treatment. Treatments cannot be performed on children under 12 years of age. For minors aged between 12 and 16 years, the presence of an adult in the treatment room is mandatory. Access to the Percorso Acque Neró Spa is restricted to individuals over 16 years of age.
To book treatments or day spa packages that include them, please email nerospa@termepreistoriche.it, indicating the voucher code, the preferred date for using the voucher, and your contact details. You will be contacted by Neró Spa staff as soon as possible to confirm the date and times of the treatments.
To finalize the booking, a credit card will be required solely for guarantee purposes. Payment will be made directly at the facility upon presentation of the Gift Voucher, which will be verified for validity by the reception staff.
You can cancel or modify the booking of treatments or packages containing treatments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Failure to comply with these terms or a no-show will result in the Gift Voucher being considered used and therefore canceled.

BOOKING TREATMENTS WITH VOUCHER

Utilization of the Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of the accommodation on the chosen date for booking.
During certain periods, a minimum number of nights and/or payment of the price difference from the current rate may be required if it differs from the voucher value.
To check availability and use the Gift Voucher, please send an email inquiry to termepreistoriche@no-spam.termepreistoriche.no-spam.it, including the voucher code, desired stay date, and contact details. Our booking office will respond to your request as soon as possible.
To finalize the reservation, a credit card is required for guarantee purposes only. Payment will be made directly at the property upon presentation of the Gift Voucher, which will be verified for validity by our reception staff.
For stays booked using the Gift Voucher, changes or cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the arrival date (e.g., arrival on 5th July, changes allowed until 12:00 on 3rd July). Failure to adhere to these terms for modifying or canceling the accommodation reservation will result in the Gift Voucher being considered used and subsequently invalidated.

If Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa breaches the existing contract, it will be solely responsible for refunding the Gift Voucher.
Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa will not be obligated to pay any further losses or compensation resulting from the contract breach.
Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa agrees to provide the services for which the Gift Voucher was issued in accordance with the description provided on the website.
